Rival Leg Curl & Extension (5-in-1)
The Rival Strength Leg Curl and Extension machine is an ideal space saver, offering multi-functionality.
The backrest has 6 adjustment levels, and can be lowered into a horizontal/flat position, which allows you to perform lying leg curls. When in an vertical/upright position, the machine can be used for leg extensions and seated leg curls. The machine can also be used for Ab crunches and assisted sit ups!
This plate loaded machine has a small footprint in your gym, ideal for maximising the usability of your space.
Bearings used for a smooth rotation in the pad / arm components, this eliminates any unwanted noise or friction in the connections.

There are huge benefits to doing a seated and lying leg curl, both exercises serve a great purpose on leg day. It is always beneficial to mix up routines, a seated leg curl puts the three hamstring muscles in a more lengthened position while a lying leg curl puts the the hamstring in a more shortened position.
