The Rival J-Series Lat Pulldown Seat Attachment easily attaches onto the upright on your rack in the same way your J-Cups attach, but with the addition of a second securing pop-pin which secures the seat and prevents it from swinging. This pin catches on the edge of the upright and does not require a second hole to secure. 

The attachment is compact enough to be stored out the way when not in use. 

The seat also has two leg bracing pads, made from a soft foam, providing a comfortable support to lock yourself in when performing a pulldown exercise. These pads can be adjusted up and down to achieve the perfect height for each individual. 

Due to the modular design, the seat can be mounted in any height hole on the front of the rack, providing a suitable option for individuals of different heights.
