
Cable Pulley Systems with Tricep Rope
Rival Strength's Cable Pulley Systems allows you to perform cable exercises from almost anywhere, and includes a Tricep Rope to get you started!
All you need is a bar or beam up high capable of supporting the weight you load on the system, and you're good to go.
The included Plate Loading Pin is suitable for Olympic (2-inch) Weight Plates.Ā

You can choose a Single Pulley System which allows you to perform High Row and Pulldown/Pushdown exercises, or upgrade to a Double Pulley System which enables you to perform both High Row and Low Row exercises!Ā
The Double Pulley System needs an anchor point on the floor to work. We recommend loading the extra Plate Loading Pin with as much weight as you can! Or, you can use a heavy Kettlebell or a Power Rack crossmember.
The Double Pulley System also allows you to perform dual arm exercises, such as Chest Flys and Standing Cable Rows.
